Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
